AI agents that talk to your customers. Build, run, observe.
Glytos agents answer your phone calls, run outbound campaigns and chat on your website. Every change is tested, every conversation is accounted for, and the data you need is captured automatically.

Works with the model, voice and telephony providers you already use.
From idea to live agent in three steps.
- Build
Write a single prompt, or draw the conversation as a visual workflow. Give the agent your documents and your tools.
- Connect
Put it on your phone numbers or SIP trunk, in the browser, on your website, or behind your API.
- Operate
Every conversation is recorded with its transcript, cost and outcome. Watch live calls and step in when needed.
One agent. Phone, web and chat.
Chat agents that know your business.
Put an agent on your website in minutes, share it as a hosted chat link, or build it into your own app through the API. It answers from your documents, takes action through your tools and integrations, and lets customers send images and files. Every conversation gets the same history, analysis and testing as a call.
- On your site: An embeddable chat for your website.
- As a link: A hosted chat page you can share anywhere.
- In your product: Threads and replies through the API and SDKs.

Answer where your customers already write.
Connect a WhatsApp business number, an Instagram account or a Facebook page, and your chat agent replies to every message with the same knowledge, tools and instructions it uses everywhere else. Each person’s messages stay in one conversation, ready to review alongside your calls and chats.
Three ways to speak.
Choose a cascaded pipeline, where you pick the transcriber, the model and the voice separately. Or a single speech-to-speech model that listens and answers in one step. Or go full-duplex, where the agent keeps listening even while it talks, for conversations that flow like a real one.
Agents that do the work, not just talk.
Call your APIs mid-conversation, connect MCP servers, book and cancel meetings in your calendar, send messages to your team, answer from your own documents, and hand a call to a person when it needs one.

Turn every conversation into data.
Your agent captures the details that matter while it talks (names, dates, order numbers) and asks again when something required is missing. When the conversation ends, an AI review summarises it, judges it against your own definition of success, and pulls out the fields you care about. Results flow into your systems through the API, webhooks and automations.
Ship agents like software.
Separate development, staging and production. Versions for every change. Test suites that check your agent still behaves. Bring agents over from other platforms, and export any agent whenever you want.
See every conversation.
Transcript, recording, cost and a step-by-step timeline for every call and chat, plus a live view of calls in progress.

Pay for what each conversation uses.
A flat platform fee plus the providers each conversation actually uses. Bring your own provider keys and the platform fee is all you pay. Chat is billed per use. Prepaid credit, no seats, no contracts.
Built for developers.
A full REST API, SDKs for the languages your team uses, a CLI, signed webhooks and MCP support.

What is Glytos?
Glytos is a platform for building, running and observing AI agents that hold real conversations with your customers. Voice agents answer and place phone calls and talk to visitors in the browser; chat agents answer on your website, in WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and inside your own app. Every change is tested, every conversation is recorded with its transcript, cost and outcome, and the details you need are captured automatically.
Where can customers talk to my agents?
Almost anywhere they already are. Voice agents answer and place phone calls on your own numbers or SIP trunk, and take calls straight from the browser. Chat agents answer on your website, on a hosted chat page you can share as a link, on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and inside your own app through the API and SDKs. Every conversation, whatever the channel, lands in the same place with the same history, analysis and testing.
How do I build an AI phone agent without writing code?
Write a single prompt that describes how the agent should behave, or draw the conversation as a visual workflow, starting from a ready-made template if you like. Choose a voice, attach your documents and tools, and test it with a call from your browser before connecting a number.
Can I use my own phone numbers?
Yes. Connect your account with a carrier such as Twilio, Telnyx, SignalWire or Plivo and import your numbers, or connect a SIP trunk directly.
How is pricing calculated?
Voice starts from $0.05 per minute: a flat platform fee plus the providers each conversation actually uses. Chat is billed per use. You top up prepaid credit, with no seats and no contracts, and with your own provider keys you pay only the platform fee.
Can I bring my agents from another platform?
Yes. Import agents from Vapi, Retell, Bland and OpenAI Assistants, and export any Glytos agent whenever you want.
Can the agent make outbound calls?
Yes. Upload a contact list as a CSV file and run an outbound campaign with calling hours, a scheduled start and do-not-call protection. Every call is recorded with its outcome, so you can see who answered, who was not reached and what was said.
Can the agent book appointments?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 or Cal.com, and the agent can check availability, book a meeting and cancel one during the conversation.
Can the agent hand a call over to a person?
Yes. When a phone call needs a person, the agent transfers it to the number you set. You can also watch calls live from the dashboard and step in yourself.
Can the agent answer from our own documents?
Yes. Upload PDF, text, Markdown, CSV or JSON files to the knowledge base, and the agent uses them to answer questions during calls and chats. You decide which documents each agent can use.
Does it work on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger?
Yes. Connect a WhatsApp business number, an Instagram account or a Facebook page, and your chat agent replies to every message with the same knowledge and tools it uses on your website.
Can I use my own AI provider keys, like OpenAI or ElevenLabs?
Yes. Add your own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, Deepgram and other supported providers. Conversations that run on your keys are charged only the Glytos platform fee, and the provider bills you directly.
Which AI models can I use?
Models from the leading providers. For voice you can pick the transcriber, the model and the voice separately, use a speech-to-speech model that listens and answers in one step, or a full-duplex model that keeps listening while it speaks. You can change them per agent at any time.
How do I test an agent before it goes live?
Talk to it in the Playground, compare two versions side by side with the same messages, and run test suites that check it still says and collects what it should. Build in development, check in staging, then promote to production.
Is there an API and SDKs?
Yes. A full REST API, SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET and Go, a browser SDK for web calls and chat, a command-line tool, signed webhooks and MCP support.
