1. Service provider

The service is offered under the "Glytos" brand.

This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, to inform you before a contract is formed.

2. Essential characteristics of the service

Glytos is a cloud software service (SaaS) for building, testing and shipping voice and chat AI agents. You reach it over the internet with your user account; nothing physical is delivered.

The current scope, features and technical requirements are published on the website and in the documentation. The service is developed continuously and its features may change over time.

3. Price and payment

Glytos runs on a prepaid credit model: you load credit onto your account and usage is drawn from it as you go. There is no fixed monthly fee and no per-seat fee.

Usage is priced on the duration of the calls your agent handles and the models it uses. Current unit prices are published in the pricing section of the website and shown on screen at the moment of purchase.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are collected by credit or debit card through the payment institution iyzico. Your card details are not stored by us.

4. Manner and time of performance

The credit you load is added to your account immediately after the payment is approved, and the service becomes usable at the same moment. Performance is deemed to occur at the moment the payment is approved.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article 15, first paragraph, sub-paragraph (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form, or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Glytos credit is added to your account at the moment of purchase and is therefore performed instantly, which places it within that exception. For that reason the payment step carries a checkbox by which you give express consent to immediate performance and accept that your right of withdrawal ends with that consent. The purchase cannot be completed without it.

For credit that has not been used at all, a refund will be considered if you request it within 14 days of the payment date. Send your request to the email address above. Used credit is not refunded.

6. Term and ending of the contract

The contract is of indefinite term. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not affect the price of the service used up to that point. If the service is used in breach of its terms, the account may be suspended or closed.

7. Complaints and applications

You can send requests and complaints to contact@glytos.com.

In the event of a dispute, an application may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts of the consumer’s place of residence or of the place where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
