Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Glytos. Plain language where we can, precise where it matters.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Glytos (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
Glytos lets you design, test, run, and observe voice and chat AI agents, and connect them to channels such as the web, telephony, and APIs. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the credentials and activity under your account, including your team members. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, or violate the terms of the providers you connect.
- Place calls or send messages without the consent and disclosures the law requires, including for recording.
- Build deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful agents, or impersonate a person without authorization.
- Probe, overload, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or isolation of the Service.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You own your prompts, workflows, knowledge bases, and the conversation data of your end users. You grant Glytos only the rights needed to operate the Service for you.
You are the controller of your end users data and are responsible for having a lawful basis, giving required notices, and obtaining consent (for example, before recording a call).
6. Third-party providers and your keys
The Service routes requests to third-party model, speech, and telephony providers. Your use of them is also subject to their terms. When you bring your own keys, you contract with those providers directly and are responsible for their fees and compliance.
7. Credits, billing, and usage
Paid usage is metered and drawn from prepaid credits or your plan. Prices and provider costs may change; new agents start with any free credit we offer. Except where the law requires otherwise, used credits and consumed usage are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
Glytos and its software, design, and trademarks remain ours. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
9. Beta features
Features labeled beta, preview, or "coming soon" are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and are excluded from any service commitments.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glytos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Glytos against claims arising from your content, your agents, your end users, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the Service or others, or non-payment. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data first, subject to Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: legal@glytos.com.
